How exactly are you supposed to portray people “Thanking You Later” on an album cover without making it look corny anyways? lol.
I think we’re expecting waaaay too much from this guy, so (almost) everything he does “comes up short for us” (myself included because I kinda had expectations for the album cover, too). Gotta calm that down and just leave our thoughts blank and take everything he makes for what it is. We’ll just have to wait and see the rest of the album packaging and track listing once Thank Me Later is released! [waits patiently]

This cover the black and red outline are reminiscent to El Che someone who started the revolution in Cuba but was then killed… HipHop was dying pre-drake era he is the revolutionary now, hence, the album cover or I can be wrong lol…

So, ol boy did a posterize in Photoshop, duplicated the layer, made it red, and Gaussian blurred it? And he’s making album covers?!?!?! Why the FUCK am i in school for design then! And since were biting shephard fairey, why not just have him do the cover? It wouldve been so fucking sick is fairey did it. And like I said on ovo when the over single came out, the font is fucked.
